Privacy Policy

Below is the "standard issue" description of how information is used in our modern world. Please know that I don't do anything with your information via this site other than read your messages. I don't use it for marketing, I don't sell it, nothing.

Your electronic patient chart is a separate entity entirely and is not connected with this website.  All information in your electronic patient chart is HIPPA protected, encrypted and firewall secured.  Your medical chart can only be accessed by me or one of my vetted employees. What you share with me in person will not be shared with anyone unless you specifically request it. I'm very firm in those ethics.

Website standard disclosure: 

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information, and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. This is used for internal statistics only and we'll never share or sell your info or use it for any purpose other than purposes with which we make agreements. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile, if you've created one.
